MUNJAL SHOWA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, inter alia, to consider, the following: 1. approval of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2023; 2. to take on record the Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 and 3. recommend the dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year 2022-23.
