This is in reference to our intimation dated 12 June 2019, informing about the decision of the Company to acquire Big FM. <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A) and any other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, the board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on 8 April 2021 has decided not to pursue the proposed investment in Big FM and will be terminating the definitive transaction documents with immediate effect.
