We would like to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code of conduct adopted by the Company for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their relatives will remain closed from the close of business day on March 31, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
