This is to inform you that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons, read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons (including their immediate relative), shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e. October 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting to consider the unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September,2020 shall be intimated separately in due course.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record please.<BR>
