| Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on May 25, 2022, inter alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2022; and<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2022; and<BR><BR>3. To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from April 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2022 as intimated to the Exchanges vide the Company''s letter dated March 31, 2022. | |
