Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 09, 2021, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the equity share capital of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Company have already intimated vide its letter dated September 30, 2021, that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2021 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021.
