Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that we have received intimation from the shareholder DARSHAN VADHAR regarding loss of Share Certificate. We shall issue Duplicate Share Certificate on completion of all formalities required under the law. In the meantime, any member having a claim in respect of the abovesaid shares should lodge such claim with the company within 15 days from the date of this communication.
