Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 30th May, 2023 have, inter-alia: 1. Recommended Dividend @30% on Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2023 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company.
