| NAHAR SPINNING MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Regulations'), we would like to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 9th day of August, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. Further, we have already intimated to your office vide our letter dated 30th June, 2023, that 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2023.
