Nakoda Group Of Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 including related amendments thereto an intimation is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 at the registered office of the company inter alia to consider and approve the Following:- 1. To approve Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Financial year Ended on 31st March, 2022. 2. To appoint Internal Auditor of the company. 3. To appoint Secretarial Auditor of the company. 4. Any other Matter with the permission of Chairman. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons upto 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Financial year Ended on 31st March, 2022.
