Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) and Part A of Schedule III of Securities Exchange board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 7th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, 06th day of November, 2020, at 10.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual means. The venue of the meeting shall be deemed to be the registered office of the company at Plot No. 239, South Old Bagadganj, Small Factory Area, Nagpur - 440008. <BR> <BR> The Notice Containing the business to be transacted at the meeting is enclosed herewith.<BR> <BR> The register of members and share transfer book of the company will remain closed from Thursday 29th day of October, 2020 to Friday 06th day of November, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company. <BR>
