Please take note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed for all the designated directors, officers, employees and their immediate relatives from Friday, April 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and made available at the website of the stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors will be informed in due course.
