| Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a)Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. b) Recommendation of dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2023. c) Proposal to raise money by means of issue of debt securities on private placement basis in one or more tranches subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to meet the requirement of funding of 25% of the incremental borrowing in a year as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018. This is only to enable the Company to comply with the requirements of the aforesaid SEBI Circular. | |
