| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, August 9, 2022, have inter-alia considered and approved the following business items: 1. Noting of completion of second term of Mr. S. Ragothaman as an Independent Director 2. Noting of completion of term of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors who were appointed for the period of five years. 3. Appointment of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP as Statutory Auditors for the period of five consecutive years. 4. Appointment of M/s Diwanji & Co. as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2022-23. 5. Appointment of M/s Bathiya & Associates LLP as the Tax Auditors for the financial year 2022-23. 6. Fixation of date of 68th AGM and the closure of Register of Members for determining names of Shareholders entitled to receive dividend to be declared at the AGM. | |
