| NATIONAL STANDARD (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 13th October, 2021, inter alia to consider and to approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> As we have informed through our letter dated 30th September, 2021 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from October 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.<BR> <BR> This intimation is also being uploaded on the Company's website at www.nsil.net.in.<BR> | |
