Ltd., has received request letter along with necessary affidavit and indemnity Bonds from the following Shareholder about request for issuance of duplicate share certificates which have been reported as misplaced and not traceable by them. <BR> <BR> Kindly note that the Share Transfer Agent of the Company is in process for issuance of duplicate share certificate subject to compliance of the required formalities.<BR> <BR> You are requested to please take on record the aforesaid information for your reference and issue notice to the members of the stock exchange for not dealing in the aforesaid share certificates of the Company.
