We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 1st July, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2022. All the Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Quarterly Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022 shall be informed in due course. You are requested to please take on record above said information for your reference.
