Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 We wish to inform you that, M/S Polson Tie-up Private Limited have invested Rs. 6,26,62,500/- (Rupees Six Crore Twenty Six Lakhs Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Only) in Subsidiary Company M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited, at a pre money valuation of Rs. 243.75 Cr. The Board of M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited (Subsidiary) on their meeting held today i.e. 07.03.2023 have considered and approved Allotment of 5,57,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 112.50 per shares to M/S Polson Tie-up Private Limited.
