Navkar Urbanstructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/03/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to captioned subject, the agendas are mentioned as below:
1. Subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other necessary approvals, if any, to consider and recommend a proposal for Declaration of Bonus Shares to the Equity Shareholders of the company.
2. Subject to approval of shareholders of the Company, increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent amendments in Clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other necessary approvals, if any, to consider and approve Subdivision/ Stock Split of Equity Shares of the Company and consequent alteration in Clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
