Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and NBCC-Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and our earlier intimation dated June 24, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company would remain closed from October 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Result for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. Accordingly, all persons covered under the above mentioned Code are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the shares of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results for the quarter ended September 2022 would be intimated in due course of time.
