Date of Annual General Meeting<BR> This is to inform you that 60th Annual General Meeting of the members of NBCC (India) Limited will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at NBCC Bhawan, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003 through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), in accordance with the relevant circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Govt. of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).<BR> <BR> Dividend Payout Date<BR> Final Dividend of 13.50 paisa per paid-up equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2019-20, if approved by shareholders in the forthcoming 60th AGM, would be paid on or before January 20, 2021.
