The Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 14, 2022, have appointed Mr. Sushil Kapoor as a Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company. 2. Mr. Sandeep Goel has resigned from the post of CFO of the Company with effect from November 14, 2022. 3. Ms. Anubha has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 15, 2022. This is for your information and record please.
