With reference to the cited subject it is hereby intimated to the Exchanges that the Company has received a letter dated October 12, 2021 for initiation of Audit of consolidated financial statements of the Company through 'Protiviti India Member Private Limited' with a special focus on impairment of investments in subsidiaries for the period March 31, 2018, March 31, 2019, March 31, 2020 and March 31, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Company has already provided all the necessary information and records in this regard and has now also sorted for the expert opinion and have been advised by them to challenge the same with the higher authorities.
