| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019, we wish to inform that M/s Rajan Malik & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 019859N), have tendered their resignation vide their resignation letter dated September 29, 2021 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company due to pre-occupancy in other assignments. The copy of the resignation letter dated September 29, 2021 with Annexure as received from M/s Rajan Malik & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 019859N) in respect of their resignation w.e.f. 29th September, 2021 i.e. upon the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company are attached herewith | |
