Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 23rd November 2021 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the eligibility for E-voting details of which be provided in notice of the 37th AGM of the Company.<BR> <BR> The Company would be availing e-voting services of CDSL. Remote E-voting period shall commence from Saturday, November 27, 2021 (9:00 a.m. IST) and will end on Monday, November 29, 2021(5:00 p.m. IST)<BR>
