| In furtherance to our letter dated January 18, 2022, this is to inform that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on February 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (IST), through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') to consider and if thought fit, to approve the Scheme under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations') as directed by the Hon'ble Tribunal vide order dated December 03, 2021 passed in pursuance to Company's application no. CA(CAA)/215(MB)2021 ('Order'). Copy of the Notice convening aforesaid meeting along with the Explanatory Statement and other Annexures are enclosed. | |
