It is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, November 11, 2020 (meeting commenced at 2.30 PM and concluded at 3.55 PM) has considered and approved the un-audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended on September 30, 2020.
