| The board of Directors at it''s meeting held today, i.e. 14.05.2026, have recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of 25% (Re. 0.25 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs. 1/- face value) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 which shall be paid subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual Geneal Meeting of the Company. | |
