| In reference to the aforesaid subject, pursuant to regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company in duly convened Board Meeting held on Wednesday, the 09th November, 2022 at 04: 00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company which concluded at 04:50 P.M, has considered and approved the following businesses: 1. Considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2022 given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company was taken on record. 3. Took on record the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Jain, Chief Financial Officer of the company as received in the morning dated 09.11.2022. 4. Appointment of Mr. Sharad Pal as Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 09.11.2022. | |
