Dear Sir/Madam, In accordance with the SEBI (POIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company's 'Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons' the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, shall remain closed from 01st January 2023 to till expiry of 48 hours from the date of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022 are made public. During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders are also advised not to deal in the shares of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of above said financial results shall be intimated in due course. We request you to kindly take the said information on record. Thanking you.
