The Board of Directors, inter alia, took the following decisions in the Board Meeting held on the even date:<BR> <BR> 1. Approved the unaudited results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 and the Limited Review Report given by the Auditors thereon.<BR> 2. Declaration Interim dividend of Re.1/- (10%) per share on 3001900 equity shares for FY 2021-22.<BR> 3. 26th November, 2021 is fixed as the record date for the purpose of payment of the interim dividend.<BR> 4. Noted the purchase of 7,50,000 Equity shares @10 each of Nile Li-cycle Private Limited (Subsidiary company) and 1,00,000 Equity Shares @10 each of Nirmalya Extracts Private Limited (Subsidiary company). <BR>
