Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all Designated persons and insiders as per the insider trading code of the Company during the stated period. Further , the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
