Tushar Vora & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23; to appoint the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23; to consider and transact any other business which may be placed before the Board with the permission of the Chairman and passed by majority of Board.
