| Nirmitee Robotics India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/03/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Intimation is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 25 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 149 (8) of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') read with Schedule IV of the Act, the Meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28th March, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Registered Office of the Company situated at D 3/2, MIDC Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India 440028 to discuss and transact the following business:- 1. To review the performance of Non Independent Directors and the Board as a Whole. 2. To review the performance of Chairman, considering the views of Executive and Non-Executive Directors of the Company. 3. To assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company's management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties.
