Nitin Castings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. at Company's corporate office situated at Prestige Precinct, 3rd Floor, Almeida Road, Panchpakhadi, Thane (West), India - 400 601 to consider and transact the following business:<BR> <BR> a) To consider and approve inter alia Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2020.<BR> b) Any other matter with the permission of chair.<BR> <BR> Further, in continuation of our intimation dated December 31, 2020 and pursuant to Company''s code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from January 01, 2021 to February 12, 2021 (both days inclusive). <BR>
