In continuation to our last intimation made on May 18, 2022 about maintenance of status quo on e-auction and hearing to be held on June 20, 2022, we hereby inform you further that: 'National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, (NCLT) vide its order dated June 20, 2022(uploaded on 23/06/2022), has set aside the e-auction held on April 8, 2022 and directed to process the re-auction with maximum reserve price. The next hearing will be held on August 3, 2022.' We request to take above update on the CIRP in your record.
