This is to bring to your information and records that, upon recommendation by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC), the Board of Directors of the<BR> Company at their Meeting dated 07.05.2021 had among other things appointed Mr. V. Ranganathan, as an Independent Director of the Company. With the said addition, the Company is back with the total number of Independent Directors as mandated by SEBI (LODR) Regulations which in the interim fell short with the retirement of erstwhile Director, Dr. K. Cherian Varghese on 18.03.2021.
