In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI (LODR), 2015'), we hereby inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6th May, 2022, has appointed Mr. Vinod Mohan as the Company Secretary (KMP) & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 1st June, 2022 in place of Mr. G. Rajesh Kurup, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (undersigned) who will be superannuating from the service of the Company on 31st May, 2022.
