Notice is hereby given to all designated persons that the trading window vis- a- vis trading in shares of the Company , will remain closed from 01st October 2020, as per Regulations under Clause 4(2) Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, since the Company proposes to hold its Board Meeting on 03rd November 2020, and thereafter publish the approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020. The window shall open 48 hours after the Board Meeting is held, pursuant to aforesaid Regulations. The Designated persons shall not therefore deal with the securities of the Company during the period when the trading window is closed.
