| Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 8th August, 2022, has considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the statutory auditor has carried out a 'Limited Review' of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Accordingly, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 and the limited review report thereon issued by the statutory auditor of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.30 a.m. Further, we request you to take the same on your record and inform all your constituents accordingly. | |
