| Niyogin Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Niyogin Fintech Limited will be held on Monday, November 01, 2021 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half year and the second quarter ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> We further inform that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed w.e.f.
