Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday the 3rd December 2021, inter-alia, to consider, the proposal for declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.<BR> <BR> In pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and its amendments, and the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 23rd November 2021 to 5th December 2021 (both days inclusive), in view of the above scheduled Board Meeting. <BR> <BR>
