Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 , this is to inform you that Company has received an Intimation on 7th December,2022 from Kfin Technologies Limited( formerly known as Kfin Technologies Private Limited), the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent ('RTA'), regarding loss of share certificates and issue letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed herewith. Accordingly, letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out. This is for your intimation and record.
