| NOIDA TOLL BRIDGE COMPANY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended, June 30, 2023. Further, in accordance with NTBCL's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ("Code') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code. | |
