| Dear Sir(s),<BR> This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2021 till the expiry of forty Eight (48) hours after declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.<BR> During the above period of closure of trading window, all designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in NECC Ltd Equity Shares.<BR> The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> This is for your kind information and dissemination. <BR> | |
