NOUVEAU GLOBAL VENTURES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a proposal for sub-division of the nominal value of the equity shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) per share to the face value of such amount as the Board may deem fit, subject to the approval of shareholders.
