NOUVEAU GLOBAL VENTURES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Segments Reporting thereon, for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 and Limited Review Report thereon along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended on 30th September, 2022. Also please note that the trading Window for trading/ dealing in securities of the Company, which is closed from 1st October, 2022, shall remain be closed until 48 hours after the announcement of aforesaid Unaudited financial results, pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct for "Prevention of Insider Trading in Company''s securities" and reopen thereafter.
