| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that Mr. Narendra Ramkishor Gupta (DIN: 00418421), vide his letter dated 18th May, 2023 has submitted his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 18th May, 2023 due to his preoccupation with other avenues that are more closely aligned with his long term goals and has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those provided in his resignation letter. The details as required under Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015, are given in Annexure 'A' attached to this letter along with copy of the resignation letter i.e. enclosed as Annexure 'B'. | |
