In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (" Listing Regulations"), We would like to inform that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on September 2, 2021, inter alia approved:<BR> 1.approved the increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 4,00,00,000 (Rupees Four Crore) to Rs. 9,00,00,000 (Rupees Nine Crore) subject to approval of Shareholders. <BR> 2.approved change in the name of the Company from NOVA PUBLICATIONS (INDIA) LIMITED TO OPULENCIA PUBLICATIONS LIMITED or any other name subject to approval of availability of name with Registrar of Companies and Shareholders.
