This is to inform you that the 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bearings Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith a copy of the Annual Report for FY 2021-22, including the Notice of the AGM, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members whose e-mail IDs are available with the Company.
